Check that the email and password you entered is correct. If you do not remember your password you can request a password change from the login screen that will be sent to your Profile's email. If you do not see an email with a link to change your password, check your Junk/Spam email folder.
Check that you have a strong internet connection, close and reopen the app and then try logging in to your Profile again.
The system is case sensitive so ensure your email and password is entered exactly as when the profile was created.
